There is no hard order minimum here. A campaign prototype run and a production order sit on the same line.

Fewer units means a higher unit price, because machine start-up and tooling setup cost is fixed. You are paying for the set-up — not for a “minimum order”.

A colour-difference record is kept for every client and batch. “The colour is off” becomes a number you can check against — not an argument.

Tooling, casting, moulding, colour finishing, assembly and packing. Nothing gets outsourced halfway, so nothing gets lost between vendors.

How we quote: 5,000 units at a low unit price; 500 units at a higher one; 100 units higher still — because the machine has to be set up either way. We publish the tiers instead of hiding behind a minimum.
